Position Overview
Note: This position is open across Turkey, not limited to a single city.
Carry out the O&M service of the WTG in accordance with project schedule and to the standard of company specifications, including WTG troubleshooting, spare parts replacement, general maintenance, daily report, spare parts collection etc.

Job Description – Wind Turbine Technician (Installation & Service)
1. Operation & Maintenance (O&M)
- Perform operation and maintenance services in line with project schedules and company standards.
- Respond quickly to and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues, including component replacements, to ensure project continuity.
- Execute defect elimination tasks and analyze turbine operation data to optimize performance.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding completed and upcoming service activities.
- Carry out pre-COD activities (e.g., checklist reviews, manual validation) and post-COD activities (e.g., inspections, non-scheduled maintenance).
- Oversee and inspect subcontractor installation works on-site.
2. Installation & Commissioning
- Provide full technical guidance during turbine installation and debugging.
- Plan lifting, commissioning, and trial operations of units.
- Collect and document mechanical installation data from site and port.
- Execute installation and commissioning according to engineering and construction standards, ensuring quality completion.
3. Warehouse & Material Management
- Manage inventory by ordering, tracking, and controlling materials, tools, and spare parts.
4. Documentation & Administration
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation of all site activities.
- Prepare detailed technical reports after interventions, including diagnostics, actions taken, and recommendations.
5. Tools & Equipment
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and calibration of tools and technical equipment.
6. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Comply with all company HSE rules and regulations.
- Identify, report, and address workplace hazards.
- Report incidents promptly and accurately.
- Actively contribute to company and departmental HSE initiatives.
7. Technical Support
- Provide remote or on-site technical support to colleagues and subcontractors when required.
8. Continuous Improvement
- Offer feedback on recurring technical issues, component reliability, and procedural inefficiencies to support continuous improvement initiatives.
9. Other Duties
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the company when required.
