Job Responsibilities:
1. Verify applicability of wind turbine nacelle components for new bidding projects; support strength certification for site-assessed projects;
2. Explore optimization potentials, upgrade tools, track standards & optimize component design;
3. Have basic interdisciplinary knowledge of load, control and blade design; analyze component optimization systematically;
4. Experience in rapid evaluation of static & fatigue strength for key components preferred.
Qualifications:
1. Master's degree or above, major in Mechanics, Mechanical, Aircraft, Vehicle or related strength disciplines;
2. Over 4 years of experience in complete machine/component development and applicability design & analysis;
3. Familiar with wind power industry and strength standards: IEC, GL, VDI2230, DIN18800, Eurocode3, FKM, etc;
4. Proficient in relevant software;
5. Solid knowledge of structural statics, fatigue and mechanical engineering; able to independently conduct component design, analysis, optimization, strength certification and troubleshooting;
6. Hard-working, responsible, proactive, innovative and cooperative; Engineer title or above preferred;
7. Experience in neural network-based rapid static strength assessment and casting fatigue algorithm development preferred.
