Global Graduate Program 2026 - Civil Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide civil engineering technical support for GWI’s onshore and offshore wind farm projects;
2. Conduct site surveys, geotechnical investigations, and foundation design reviews for wind turbines;
3. Prepare civil engineering design documents, construction specifications, and technical reports;
4. Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design standards, safety regulations, and project schedules;
5. Conduct quality inspections of civil works, including turbine foundations, access roads, and substation structures;
6. Review construction drawings and resolve on-site technical issues;
7. Coordinate with contractors, clients, and third-party inspectors to ensure project delivery;
8. Support civil engineering cost estimation and budget control for new projects;
9. Develop and update civil engineering guidelines and standards for wind farm projects;
10. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
1. Master's degree or above, majoring in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related fields;
2. Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, SAP2000, Plaxis, or similar tools);
3. Good English communication skills, both written and verbal, for international project collaboration;
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a construction environment;
5. Willing to work on-site and accept flexible short-term domestic and international business travel.
