Global Graduate Program 2026 - Electrical Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide electrical engineering support for wind farm projects, including design, construction, and commissioning phases;
2. Review electrical system design documents, including LV/MV/HV systems, grid connection, and SCADA systems;
3. Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with electrical design specifications and safety standards;
4. Support commissioning and testing of wind turbine electrical systems, transformers, and substation equipment;
5. Troubleshoot on-site electrical issues and provide technical solutions to minimize downtime;
6. Coordinate with contractors, equipment suppliers, and grid operators to ensure project progress;
7. Prepare electrical technical reports, test records, and maintenance procedures;
8. Support electrical safety audits and ensure compliance with local and international codes;
9. Collect and analyze electrical performance data to optimize system efficiency;
10. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
1. Master's degree or above, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Power System and Automation, or related fields;
2. Knowledge of power system design, grid codes, and wind turbine electrical systems;
3. Proficiency in electrical engineering software (ETAP, DIgSILENT, PSCAD, or similar);
4. Excellent English skills, able to read technical documents and communicate with international teams;
5. Strong attention to detail and safety awareness;
6. Accept domestic/international business travel.
