Global Graduate Program 2026 - HSE Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
1. Support the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management systems at wind farm projects;
2. Conduct regular HSE inspections and risk assessments on construction sites and wind farms;
3. Assist in developing HSE plans, safety procedures, and emergency response plans;
4. Provide HSE training and awareness sessions to project teams, contractors, and new employees;
5. Investigate near-misses, incidents, and accidents, and prepare investigation reports;
6. Monitor compliance with local safety regulations, company policies, and international standards;
7. Collect and analyze HSE data, track safety performance indicators, and prepare reports;
8. Support environmental protection activities, including waste management and pollution prevention;
9. Coordinate with third-party safety auditors and regulatory authorities during inspections;
10. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
1. Master's degree or above, majoring in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields;
2. Knowledge of HSE management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and wind farm safety standards;
3. Strong communication skills to deliver training and interact with cross-functional teams;
4. Good English skills for reading international safety standards and communicating with stakeholders;
5. High level of safety awareness, with the ability to identify and mitigate on-site risks;
6. Willing to work on-site and accept domestic/international travel to project locations.
