Job Responsibilities: 
1. Assembly Engineering: Guide and control key processes and critical production issues; supervise the implementation of solutions proposed by assembly engineers for emergencies to ensure stable production and achieve departmental targets; enforce process discipline to ensure product quality.
2. Lean: Use lean tools and methods to improve work efficiency and productivity, balance workload, reduce waste, and achieve high quality, low cost, on-time delivery, zero safety incidents, and high employee morale.
3. System: Standardize departmental processes and positions; ensure smooth internal and external audits of the three management systems.
4. HSE: Reduce safety incidents and losses through safety management; mitigate and eliminate occupational hazards; fulfill corporate social responsibility; reduce environmental impact and meet international clean production requirements; continuously improve occupational health, safety and environmental systems to meet annual targets.
5. Equipment: Manage non-fixed assets, tooling and lifting equipment including operation, training, inspection and inventory; develop and implement preventive maintenance plans; manage tools and consumables; prepare annual budgets for procurement, maintenance, inspection and material consumption to meet budget targets.
6. Production Management: Provide administrative and logistical support for production through document management, training, attendance and performance management.
7. Warehouse Management: Develop inventory plans to support assembly scheduling; manage material distribution and allocation; provide accurate warehouse data to departments and managers.
8. Factory Manager: Organize production reasonably to ensure delivery rate and achieve annual business indicators. 


Qualifications: 
1. Majors in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, New Energy, Environmental Engineering, Safety or System Management are preferred.
2. Proficient in English for work; proficiency in Portuguese, Arabic and other languages is a plus.
3. Outgoing personality with good communication skills, strong learning and organizational abilities.
4. Accept domestic rotation in the early stage and agree with the orientation of being trained as a backbone, management and reserve high-potential talent. May be assigned overseas after formal positioning based on business needs.
