Job Responsibilities:
1. Support daily operation and maintenance of wind farms, including equipment inspection, troubleshooting, and repair;
2. Conduct regular maintenance activities on wind turbines, transformers, and auxiliary systems;
3. Analyze SCADA data to identify performance issues and optimize turbine availability;
4. Respond to equipment alarms and on-site failures to minimize downtime;
5. Prepare maintenance reports, work orders, and equipment condition records;
6. Coordinate with third-party service providers for major repairs and component replacements;
7. Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with HSE standards during O&M activities;
8. Develop and update maintenance procedures based on field experience and technical updates;
9. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring failures and propose improvement measures;
10. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
1. Master's degree or above, majoring in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, New Energy, or related fields;
2. Proficiency in using SCADA systems and common office software;
3. Good English skills for reading technical manuals and communicating with international teams;
4. Strong safety awareness and ability to work independently in remote wind farm locations;
5. Accept long-term on-site assignments at wind farms.
