The Project Assistant cum Interpreter is mainly responsible for documentation including interpretation and translation, to ensure clear communication across diverse stakeholders. 
Location: Truong Son Project (Bolikhamxai, Laos).

Key Responsibilities:
Be responsible for Chinese to Vietnamese translation, including written translation, on-site translation for meetings and on-site construction translation.
Manage project files, including technical documents, meeting minutes, logistics documents and correspondence etc.
Be responsible for procuring site office supplies and coordinating vessel, apartment, and car rentals; handle communication and coordination for rental processes and temporary site facilities.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements:
Be proficient in Chinese Mandarin and basic English Communication.
Have strong communication and coordination ability
Be diligent and have strong sense of responsibility.
