Key Responsibilities and not limited the following: 

• Develop and Implement Country HSE Policies and procedures in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Conduct HSE Inspections and Audits to windfarms to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with GWI HSE requirements.
• Conduct Risk Assessment to Identify and assess occupational risks specific and propose preventive and corrective measures.
• Provide HSE Training, HSE Awareness, HSE programs and HSE campaigns on HSE issues for all employees.
• Conduct Incident Investigation, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Develop Emergency Response and ensure all staff are trained and aware of these protocols.
• Conduct environmental impact assessments and ensure company operations do not harm the local environment or wildlife.
• Coordinate with project managers for HSE matters and coordinate risk prevention activities.
• Coordinate Monthly Country HSE/Carbon Account System reports to Asia HSE function team.

Skills and Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of Local HSE regulations and international standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• NEBOSH certification or relevant certification ISO 45001, 18001, 14001
• Minimum 10 years HSE experience required.
