1.1 Sales Engineer
1.1.1 Summary:
The Sales Business Unit is responsible for sales Goldwind wind turbine and service solutions in Argentina market.
1.1.2 Responsibilities/ Duties include:
- Support the Sales team to meet sales volume and profitability targets
- Coordinate with other Goldwind functions including Solution Team, Wind Resource, Service, Finance, Legal and Supply Chain to prepare compelling sales proposals / bids in accordance with Goldwind policy and procedure.
- Work with Goldwind systems and tools to compile costs and prepare pricing
- Utilize Goldwind systems to ensure accurate reporting of sales activities, customer information and sales pipeline.
- Undertake customer business case analysis to ensure maximum value is engineered into each proposal to ensure Goldwind competitive position and customer return.
1.1.3 Education, Experience, and Attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration
- 2 years of similar experience in the energy industry, machinery, construction or related environment, large infrastructure projects or large manufactured products.
1.1.4 Desired Characteristics
- Team player, with demonstrated creativity and fulfillment focus
- Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy
- Ability to effectively manage cross-functional tender teams
- Understanding of large infrastructure project economics and financial metrics
- Skills in MS office, Adobe-in-design, SAP or similar system – Preferred

- Well organized and disciplined approach
- Ability to show initiative and creativity in finding sales solutions
- Sociable and communicative approach
- Fluent English and Spanish verbal and written skills essential
