The senior buyer is responsible to manage purchases and contracts, develop suppliers related to projects, 
respecting the internal procedures of the area and providing solutions to each internal client of the 
company.


Main Duties and Tasks

  • Develop suppliers in the local and foreign markets related to the Metalworking industry for the 
  • manufacture of tower components, raw materials, etc.
  • Develop local and foreign providers of PTCI services.
  • Cooperate with project teams in monitoring the performance of prime contractors.
  • Assistance in the preparation of Project Contracts.
  • Assistance in generating the budget for new projects, providing assistance to the Commercial sector.
  • Plan and organize the workload based on the priorities defined by internal clients.
  • Establish objectives and deadlines for carrying out tasks or activities, defining priorities.
  • Manage purchases and contracts that arise from the execution of projects.
  • Coordinate the purchasing and logistics processes ensuring that what is required is available at the 
  • intended destination with the appropriate quality and at the time established in the agreed schedule.
  • Participate in the negotiation processes of Services and Subcontracts.

 

Requisites

  • Knowledge of Project contract management.
  • Knowledge and experience in the Metalworking industry.
  • Knowledge of strategic purchasing and project contracting planning.
  • Knowledge of coordinating and controlling the activities of the internal logistics process.
  •  Minimum experience of 7 years in Purchasing and Contracting.
  •  University Studies
  •  Fluent English skills.
  •  SAP management
