As the Office Administrator, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring seamless coordination, efficient administration, and a professional environment that supports our mission to power Africa sustainably
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in taking minutes of general weekly meeting and any meeting which approached by the manager
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, factory tours, and training sessions
- Administration of office assets, stationery and keep stock levels and records off
- Assist with arrangements of events as and when requested in liaison with manger
- Assist on Administrators management for all O&M projects: payment, work target
- Assist in getting quotations, process invoices, purchase orders
- Assist in capturing and ensuring payment the CONCUR and SCC system
Qualifications:
- Matric
- Diploma/ bachelor’s degree
Basic Skills:
- Alteast 1 - 2 years in administration role
- Fluent written and verbal English
- Good level of computer literacy with competencies in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience of working with a customer management system
- Experience of working to deadlines, set standards and operating procedures
- Extremely organized and efficient individual
- Work well under pressure and have impressive stress management
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proclivity for catching errors and enacting appropriate changes
- Excellent analytical ability
- Industry specific experience
- Clear Criminal record
