Job Title: Quality Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes In Site ensuring that all products meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
This role includes leading a team of quality inspectors, conducting audits, and implementing continuous quality improvement initiatives to optimize product quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and mentor quality assurance personnel in inspection, testing, and quality control procedures.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance procedures and protocols.
- Conduct regular audits of processes and products to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze quality data and generate reports to identify trends, assess performance, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address and resolve quality-related issues.
- Lead root cause analysis of quality failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Stay current with industry regulations and evolving quality standards to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality records in alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, reducing defects, and optimizing operational efficiency.
- Ensure quality assurance processes and documentation meet client specifications and project requirements.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure quality documents are reviewed and approved per project specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance, ideally within Wind farms ,renewable energy sector ,constructions or any related industries .
- Strong understanding of quality standards such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and other relevant frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
