Job Title: Quality Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes In Site ensuring that all products meet company standards and regulatory requirements.

This role includes leading a team of quality inspectors, conducting audits, and implementing continuous quality improvement initiatives to optimize product quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, train, and mentor quality assurance personnel in inspection, testing, and quality control procedures.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance procedures and protocols.
  • Conduct regular audits of processes and products to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze quality data and generate reports to identify trends, assess performance, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Lead root cause analysis of quality failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Stay current with industry regulations and evolving quality standards to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality records in alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, reducing defects, and optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Ensure quality assurance processes and documentation meet client specifications and project requirements.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure quality documents are reviewed and approved per project specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance, ideally within Wind farms ,renewable energy sector ,constructions or any related industries .
  • Strong understanding of quality standards such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and other relevant frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
