- Draft and review the sales, service and construction contracts of international projects;
- Organize and coordinate RFQ, RFP, signing and execution of onshore procurement subcontract;
- Execute contract update and status follow up, keeping teams related to the contract in the same page. (the contracts include TSA, SAA and warranty and service extensions), appoint interfaces, control contract execution in the overall regional business, control risks ;
- Set standards of internal transfer contracts and take charge in drafting and review of standardized files including PO, MOU, NDA, joint venture agreements, strategic cooperation, etc;
- Support in contract negotiation;
- Responsible for drafting and issuing contract approval reports and contract abstract;
- Commercial bidding documents support;
- Commercial support on cost calculation and control;
- Prepare and implement the annual sales base price;
- Design and regulate quotation and contract review process;
- Optimization and solidification of quotation, contract files, contract review and other relevant documents;
- Design and regulate quotation and contract review process;
- Provide advise and coordination for tax situations and logistic conditions of the country he/she works in.
