Community Liaison Officer /Site Administrator


Duties:

 

  • Economic Development Support and Community Relations
  • Coordinate community engagements by working with community structures, leaders and businesses in the area
  • Coordinate the recruitment for subcontractors through the approved community job seeker recruitment.
  • Monitor Adherence to labour recruitment.
  • Oversee the coordination and management of external grievances
  • Investigate grievance, give feedback and forward the line management and ED for close off.
  • Coordinate all engagements and matters pertaining to the Taxi Association
  • Coordinate the identification and assessment of community needs that inform the development of SED and SMME initiatives
  • Maintain and regularly update the master databases for recruitment, SED and SMME activities
  • Assist in collecting information data for ED reporting

 

Site Administration

 

  • Coordinate procurement of supplies, equipment, and vehicle servicing.
  • Manage employee administration including, Training requests, timesheets, sick leave, vacation requests, and personal records.
  • Maintain compliance logs & Keep records such as vehicle (Petrol slips etc.) and harness checklists, induction packs, and sign-in registers.
  • Schedule and manage staff medicals, appointments, and necessary documentation.
  • Support reporting by updating daily logs, preparing meeting minutes, and handling manager correspondence.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Grade 12, additional qualification will be an added advantage
  • Able to speak English and Afrikaans
  • Minimum of 1 – 2 years related experience
  • Computer Literacy Skills
