Global Graduate Program 2026 - Simulation engineer

Job Responsibilities: 
1. Assist in interpreting domestic and international grid connection guidelines and grid connection requirements for integrated energy projects; sort out and summarize technical indicators and core parameters; support the establishment of a standardized guideline library and the compilation of adaptive grid connection solutions；
2. Learn and use mainstream power simulation tools such as PSCAD, ETAP, DIGSILENT, PSS/E; assist in power system simulation modeling, scheme verification, and analysis report preparation；
3. Collaborate with the technical team to communicate grid connection requirements; assist in tracking and resolving basic technical issues during project grid connection, supporting solution optimization and iteration；
4. Participate in learning and preliminary research on grid connection technologies related to integrated energy, photovoltaic, and energy storage; help accumulate simulation analysis methods and practical experience；
5. Perform other assigned auxiliary tasks including technical support, document sorting, and data verification.

Qualifications: 
1. Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power System, Automation or other power-related majors; fresh graduates are preferred;
2. Familiar with basic theories of photovoltaic, energy storage, and integrated energy industries; understand fundamental principles of power system grid connection; proficient in basic operations of at least one mainstream power simulation tool;
3. Knowledgeable of domestic and international mainstream grid connection standards and technical specifications; relevant academic research or internship experience is preferred;
4. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills; quick learner with good cross-departmental communication and teamwork abilities;
5. Good stress tolerance and adaptability; flexible to support project needs.6.Proficient in English reading and writing; able to understand English technical specifications and assist in organizing English documents and reports.
