Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for wind turbine shutdown records and calculation of wind farm availability.
- Responsible for wind turbine failure notification, failure analysis, and remote reset.
- Responsible for monthly KPI and statistics report and feedback to clients.
- Responsible for the collection and analysis of unit operation data, and compiling operation reports for all wind farms.
- Supporting on-site service teams to operate the wind turbines and coordinate with customers.
- Responsible for dispatching wind farm resources.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the leaders.
- The team of engineers will work at different shifts to ensure 7 X 24 operation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Degree. Major in Engineering, Electrical, Electronic, and Automation.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on on-site experience working directly on wind turbines in an Operations, Maintenance, or Commissioning capacity.
- Understand the wind power industry service business (onshore or offshore projects).
- Demonstrated experience interpreting SCADA systems and alarm logs in a live operational environment.
- Skilled in information collection, planning, and documentation.
- Skilled in failure analysis and reporting the feedback.
- Good command of Microsoft Office suites.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese is a plus.
