Responsibilities
As Vietnam regional PTCI supervisor to plan and oversee country level PTCI activities
Lead regional target countries procurement of destination port handling, inland transportation, crane and installation services for wind turbine projects.
Explore and develop local PTCI service suppliers in alignment with regional business development strategy and HQ procedures, including supplier qualifications and assessment.
Conduct RFQ biddings, including bidding package distribution, bidding analysis, risk management, and budget preparation.
Manage and maintain regional PTCI supplier and RFQ database, aligning with HQ data and documentation management standards.
Coordinate within regional multifunction to support sales contract negotiation, generate PTCI risks evaluations.
Lead PTCI subcontract negotiations to ensure that the contractual conditions of subcontract are aligned “back-to-back” with those established in the sales contract.
Contribute on project PTCI executions, including monitoring PTCI contractors contractual obligation performance, support construction team on contractors ’ claims, supplier management.
Contribute to continuous improvement on PTCI cost efficiency, include lessons learnt exercise.
Qualifications
Fluent in English.
Rich experience in construction contracts management, supplier management.
Negotiation of service contracts, claims and risk management.
Experience of handling heavy cargo transport permits, road modification permits, familiar with local governmental authorities policies and procedures.
