Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct candidate phone screenings, provide recruitment information, schedule interviews, and record candidate feedback.
  • Assist with resume screening, candidate communication, and coordination throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain candidate records and update recruitment data in the recruitment system.
  • Prepare interview materials, organize recruitment documents, and support recruitment reporting.
  • Design recruitment posters, banners, and other communication materials for recruitment campaigns, employer branding activities, and HR projects.
  • Support the recruitment team with daily administrative and coordination tasks.

 

Requirements:

  • Final-year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related fields.
  • Experience in phone communication, HR internship or related campus practice is a plus; proficient in Office software.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • English communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
