PTCI Procurement Assistant
Istanbul, TR
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry and follow Goldwind’s internal documentation processes,
- Follow invoicing and payment processes between suppliers and finance department,
- Assist the business plan and follow-up the tasks in procurement department,
- Implement and monitor the budget and focus on both cost control and budget achievement, taking appropriate timely actions.
- Support sales and commercial departments during the business negotiation process with supplier and customer.
- Procurement related supports in the phase of project execution
- Maintain PTCI management system of Regional Center and HQ.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree from relevant departments of universities,
- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in purchasing management,
- High communication competence, prone to teamwork,
- Strong planning and organization skills,
- Able to use MS Office programs,
- Have a commercial perspective
