Role Purpose
Assist the QHSE Manager in overseeing and maintaining the organization’s Integrated Management System (IMS), covering ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 45001 (Health & Safety). Responsibilities include preparing IMS reports, providing training, and supporting audits.
Key Responsibilities & Performance Criteria
- IMS Documentation Management
- Control manuals, procedures, work instructions, and forms to ensure only latest versions are in use.

- System Integration
- Align requirements of different ISO standards into a unified workflow.

- Legal Compliance
- Maintain a legal register to ensure adherence to local and international regulations (e.g., Occupational Health and Safety Act).

- Internal Audits
- Schedule and assist QHSE Manager in conducting audits across departments.
- Weight: 20%
- Audit Reporting
- Compile and distribute internal audit reports; follow up on findings and non-conformances.
- Weight: 5%
- External Liaison
- Support preparations for external certification, surveillance, and recertification audits.
- Weight: 15%
- Non-Conformance Management
- Track NCRs, identify root causes, and ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented.
- Weight: 10%
- Hazard Identification
- Assist with HIRA and Aspect-Impact assessments.
- Weight: 5%
- Awareness Programs
- Conduct induction and refresher training on IMS policies.
- Weight: 5%
- Reporting
- Prepare monthly IMS performance reports for management review.
- Weight: 10%
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: diploma or above
- Experience: 3 years minimum in safety-related roles
- Language: English proficiency
- Skills & Knowledge:
- MS Office proficiency
- Certificates and understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
- Knowledge of OHS Act and construction regulations
- Familiarity with construction activities
- Understanding of ISO 19011 (Internal Lead Auditing)
- Knowledge of HR/Labour Law
