Senior Solution Technical Manager

1. *International Market Insights*:
Independently conduct research on key elements of target regional markets, collecting and analyzing data on industry development trends, market access regulations and technical standards, major international or regional client demands and plans, competitor product roadmaps and competitive strategies. Continuously optimize competitive, product, and bidding strategies to improve tender success rates.
2. *Customer Opportunity Development*:
Understand customer internal structures and decision-making chains. Participate in the planning of key account relationship management and guidance strategies. Responsible for presenting new products, technologies, or key project proposals to major clients, enhancing their recognition of Goldwind’s products, technologies, and solutions. Maintain communication with domestic and international EPC partners or other third parties, and conduct technical or project information exchanges to expand the influence of the company’s solutions and promote project adoption.
3. *International Project Bidding*:
Lead bidding efforts for major clients, key accounts, and large or complex projects. Analyze and interpret client tender documents, identify pain points based on project information and customer requirements, and develop key milestones and full lifecycle solutions tailored to customer needs. Coordinate internal resources to resolve client issues and improve customer experience. For areas where product or technical competitiveness is insufficient, provide internal feedback and drive improvements in products and technologies.
4. *Pre-Contract Execution Preparation*:
Take charge of or guide contract negotiations and technical risk assessments for awarded projects. Complete the preparation of overall technical solutions and conduct technical handover for project execution.
5. *Organizational Capability Building*:
Participate in capability enhancement programs and system-building initiatives (e.g. refine workflows, streamline process, etc. ) in alignment with solution capability development plans.
