The reason for this role:

Reporting to the HSEQ Systems and Training Manager, the Technical Training Advisor will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of the technical training across the Construction and Service divisions.

 

Additionally, the position plays a key role in supporting the organisations mission of aligning and elevating the training programs to meet compliance, safety, and operational standards.

 

This role will be an office-based position in either Sydney or Melbourne and will require travel to our sites when needed.

 

What you will be doing?

  • Designing and delivering structured technical training programs.

  • Developing Verification of Competency (VoC) frameworks and assessments.

  • Creating and maintaining training packages, LMS records, and training matrices.

  • Supporting RTO engagement and apprentice training programs.

  • Conducting audits and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

 

 

What does your background look like?

  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).

  • 5+ years’ experience developing training in construction, wind, energy, or similar technical industries would be highly regarded.

  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems and digital training tools.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams.

  • Technical background or wind industry experience is highly desirable.
