与客户沟通，参加业主组织的相关会议，整理每天工作日志，发送项目经理与客户。并组织与分包方的会议，管理现场工作
Communicate with customers, attend relevant meetings organized by owners, sort out daily work logs and send them to project managers and customers. Organize meetings with subcontractors and manage site work
管理分包方，组织项目周会，记录项目进度和问题解决进展，整理会议纪要并发送项目经理与客户
Manage subcontractors, organize weekly project meeting, record project progress and problem solving progress, sort out meeting minutes and send to project manager and client
代表金风管理现场所有工作，并制定运输、安装计划，协调现场各接口避免窝工等额外费用发生
Managed all the work on site on behalf of Goldwind, made transportation and installation plans, coordinated all interfaces on site to avoid idle work and other extra costs
管理现场项目进度，发现偏差并及时组织力量进行纠偏，并与项目经理沟通，带领项目团队采取措施，保证工期

在sahrepoint建立项目文档，监督文档管理，与项目相关文件、信函、风机档案、重要邮件等定期存档
Set up project documents at sahrepoint, supervise document management, and file project related documents, letters, fan files, important emails and so on regularly
现场团队管理与团队建设，保持凝聚力，维持员工稳定、高效工作
