·  Pre-sales Quality Support

a) Lead in due diligence for international customers, lead or coordinate responses to customer inquiries regarding the company’s quality management system, product and service quality capabilities.

b) During project bidding and contract review, identify, assess and clarify quality-related technical, delivery and compliance risks, and provide professional input.

c) Summarize pre-sales quality support experience, optimize and maintain relevant standard documents, including customer Q&A library, contract quality risk checklist and review guidelines.

 

· Full-Project-Lifecycle Quality Assurance & Implementation

a) Lead or deeply participate in the development and review of overall project quality assurance plans, and promote the implementation of such plans during engineering, construction and service phases.

b) Lead project team to systematically identify quality risks at each project stage (design, procurement, manufacturing, transportation, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance services), develop and supervise the implementation of prevention and control measures.

c) Coordinate and align with China headquarters to complete quality system audits and access evaluation for potential local European suppliers or subcontractors.

d) Support with providing training on quality procedures for project and service staff

 

· On-site Quality Management & Supervision

a) Conduct on-site inspections at project locations (including ports, in-transit, wind farms) to perform independent or joint quality inspections on equipment transportation, storage, installation and initial commissioning.

b) Supervise and ensure timely, accurate and standardized recording and archiving of on-site quality activities (e.g., unpacking inspection, installation records, test reports).

c) Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site quality issues, responding to and resolving various quality deviations in a timely manner.

 

· Quality Issue Closure & Continuous Improvement

a) Track, coordinate and escalate quality issues to ensure timely resolution.

b) Organize or participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for major issues, drive the development, implementation and verification of corrective and preventive actions to achieve closed-loop management.

c) When quality issues involve multiple domains such as technology, engineering and supply chain, effectively coordinate resources from all parties to drive solution execution.
d) Establish and maintain a comprehensive evaluation system for NC costing, involving all relevant departments

 

·  Compliance, Standards & Systems

a) Ensure all quality activities comply with applicable industry standards, regulations and customer-specific requirements in the European region.

b) Extract project best practices and lessons learned, and participate in the optimization of relevant processes and standards.
