The reason for this role:
The Site Office Administrator supports Goldwind’s site team for general site office administration and is accountable to the Site Installation Manager and broader site team in the daily running of the site.
Please note this role will be working a structured roster whilst on site and is based in WA.
What you will be doing?

Manage the office setup and maintenance for the duration of the projects.

Manage maintenance of site compound facilities as required by the Site Installation Manager and Project Manager.

Monitor office expenditure and ensure it is within project budget and liaise with service providers.

Maintain records to standard of auditing purposes and understand and communicate procedures to others in line with Goldwind’s Policies.

Attend meetings as directed by the Project Manager or Site Installation Manager, take meeting minutes and assist with organising internal and external functions and events associated with projects as required.

Creating and maintaining registers as required by the Site Installation Manager.

Lead site mobilisation activities and roster management and have regular meetings with clients and subcontractors to ensure mobilisation is on track.

Obtaining and submitting all mobilisation documentation in time to ensure personnel are on site when required.

Work with the Project Administrator for relevant procurement activities which include the creating of purchase requisitions and orders, maintaining relevant registers and receiving and processing invoices.
What does your background look like?

Previous experience in an Office Administration role within a Site or Construction industry would be highly regarded.

Office administration, secretarial or other similar qualifications would also be highly regarded.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, MYOB, Aconex and SAP.

Ability to communicate with stakeholders/ landowners and other Goldwind Clients.
