Stock Keeper

Position Overview:
Responsible for the upkeep and efficient running of the warehouse and O&M Building across assigned sites in accordance with the service contract.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inventory counts and prepare reports to ensure alignment between physical stock and system records. Analyze inventory data to forecast future demand.
- Order tools and spare parts, manage replacement, monitor tool calibration and coordinate tool/part transfers in collaboration with the dispatcher team.
- Design and maintain warehouse layout to optimize storage space and ensure proper material organization.
- Perform Pick Pack Ship (PPS) activities for materials and tools, manage returns of defective or surplus material.
- Investigate missing materials or system discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve operational issues effectively.
- Assist management by providing ad-hoc reports and analysis.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in warehousing or inventory control.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with SAP (desirable).
- Good English skills, both written and spoken (desirable).
- Experience working in cross-cultural teams and engaging with various stakeholders.
