The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth office operations and site activities in Ras Ghareb. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and fluency in English and Chinese , capable of handling daily administrative tasks, supporting employees, and facilitating communication across departments.

Administrative & Office Support

Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.

Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations.

Maintain office supplies and coordinate office maintenance to ensure a productive environment.

Project Coordination & Documentation

Maintain permits, licenses, and records for vehicles, employees, and office assets.

Support departments in project planning and execution.

Assist with scheduling and project tracking.

Employee Support (Local & International)

Maintain attendance records and support company events and training.

Coordinate site permits and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Manage visas, work permits, and residence arrangements for international staff.

Procurement & Fleet Management

Process purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) and liaise with suppliers.

Schedule vehicle maintenance and manage fuel refills and fleet logistics.

Communication & Translation
-
Facilitate smooth communication between departments.

Provide translation for documents, meetings, and correspondence as needed.
