Logistics Specialist

Goldwind Brasil has an opportunity for a Logistics Specialist to work in person at the São Paulo-SP unit, with the mission of managing transportation projects, port operations, finances and budget control.

Purpose: Outbound logistic for wind projects, knowledge of RFQ procedures according to project needs for transport and port operation, finance, requisitions, payments and budget control. Risk analysis and management, road survey and road modifications knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Support to the sales team by carrying out BIDs/RFQs to develop the logistics service for each project;
• Analysis and review of contracts;
• Analysis and control of risks for project execution;
• Support to the purchasing team in contracting suppliers for the correct and complete execution of the project's logistics;
• Management of contracts in logistics execution, monitoring of contractual milestones, development and application of operational improvements;
• Operational control of project execution, planning and execution of manufacturing schedules, deliveries with constant monitoring of possible deviations and seeking the appropriate solutions for correction without affecting the project's construction pace;- KPIs for the evolution of projects under your responsibility;
• Fiscal control of transportation carried out with the tax area – internal x external;
• Request and control of any urgent national and international freight;
• Negotiations with insurance companies;
• Development of process for contracting and auditing Route Survey;
• Monitoring the technical development of the carrier for deliveries of the contracted project.

Requirements:

• Completed degree in Engineering, Administration or related areas;
• Experience in logistics project management;
• Knowledge in the RFQ procedure - SAP;
• Fluent English / Spanish will be a plus;
• Differential: Postgraduate degree
