Position Overview
The ideal candidate will work onsite, assisting the project manager and project team to complete the construction work of the offshore wind farms.

Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the installation of wind turbine units, and control the quality and safety during the installation process. / ຮັບຜິດຊອບການຕິດຕັ້ງໜ່ວຍກັງຫັນລົມ, ແລະຄວບຄຸມຄຸນນະພາບ ແລະຄວາມປອດໄພໃນລະຫວ່າງຂັ້ນຕອນການຕິດຕັ້ງ.
- Be responsible for site cable laying and wiring work. / ຮັບຜິດຊອບວຽກງານວາງສາຍເຄເບິນ ແລະສາຍໄຟຢູ່ໜ້າວຽກ.
- Be responsible for commissioning of offshore wind turbine units. / ຮັບຜິດຊອບການທົດລອງລະບົບ (commissioning) ຂອງໜ່ວຍກັງຫັນລົມນອກຝັ່ງ.
- Swiftly respond to issues and conduct troubleshooting for electrical, mechanical, software issues as well as component replacement, ensuring the project continuity. / ຕອບສະໜອງຕໍ່ບັນຫາຢ່າງວ່ອງໄວ ແລະດຳເນີນການແກ້ໄຂບັນຫາດ້ານໄຟຟ້າ, ກົນຈັກ, ຊອບແວ, ພ້ອມທັງການປ່ຽນຊິ້ນສ່ວນ, ເພື່ອຮັບປະກັນຄວາມຕໍ່ເນື່ອງຂອງໂຄງການ.
- Work to the highest HSE standards whilst ensuring that project targets are met. / ເຮັດວຽກຕາມມາດຕະຖານ HSE ທີ່ສູງທີ່ສຸດ ໃນຂະນະທີ່ຮັບປະກັນວ່າເປົ້າໝາຍຂອງໂຄງການບັນລຸໄດ້.

Qualifications & Experience
- 2-3 years' experience in electrical, mechanical engineering. / ມີປະສົບການ 2-3 ປີ ໃນດ້ານວິສະວະກຳໄຟຟ້າ ຫຼື ກົນຈັກ.
- Be able to climb a wind turbine and perform demanding physical work in heights as well as in various weather conditions. / ສາມາດປີນຂຶ້ນກັງຫັນລົມ ແລະເຮັດວຽກໜັກທາງດ້ານຮ່າງກາຍໃນລະດັບສູງ ແລະໃນສະພາບອາກາດຕ່າງໆໄດ້.
