The reason for this role:

The Sales Coordinator is accountable for supporting the Sales and Marketing Department to secure wind turbine and/or battery sales for Goldwind in Australia and New Zealand.

 

What you will be doing?

  • Support Sales Managers with market analysis, gathering of industry knowledge and development of effective relationships with wind turbine and battery customers in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of sales deliverables.
  • Assist in the preparation of responses to requests for expressions of interest (EOI/non-binding) and/or requests for proposals (RFP/binding).
  • Coordinate sales approvals via Goldwind’s offer and contract approval process platform.
  • Support negotiations wind turbine and/or battery supply contracts (EPC, TSI, TSA, BSI, BSA, and/or WOM).
  • Coordinate deliverables of the Sales and Marketing department to achieve Goldwind’s objectives.
  • Help Sales and Marketing to promote Goldwind as a wind turbine and battery supplier in Australia and New Zealand. 
  • Administer department spending, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices approval and budget assessments via Goldwind financial platforms.
  • Prepare department reporting.

 

What does your background look like?

  • Qualification in Engineering or Business /Commercial.
  • Previous experience coordinating sales activities with a major Original Equipment Manufacturer. 
  • Experience in Australian wind power development or wind turbine and/or battery sales in Australia. 
  • Experience in the Wind energy industry is preferred.
  • Fluent Mandarin is mandatory.
