Construction Manager

Job duties

1. Manage HSE compliance on site, safety management of equipment, personnel and daily work, deal with safety accidents and nonconformities, and organize monthly safety audit
2. Communicate with customers, attend relevant meetings organized by owners, sort out daily work logs and send them to project managers and customers. Organize meetings with subcontractors and manage site work
3. Manage subcontractors, organize weekly project meeting, record project progress and problem solving progress, sort out meeting minutes and send to project manager and client
4. Managed all the work on site on behalf of Goldwind, made transportation and installation plans, coordinated all interfaces on site to avoid idle work and other extra costs
5. Managed the site project progress, found the deviation and timely organized the force to correct the deviation, communicated with the project manager, led the project team to take measures to ensure the time limit
6. Manage site construction quality, according to ITP requirements of the company, quality control of fan transportation, installation, acceptance, commissioning and other links
7. Manage subcontractor payments, review payment support documents according to milestone requirements, and feed back to project manager.
8. Prepare the required documents for payment according to the payment milestone and feed back to the project manager to support the project payment
9. Set up project documents at sahrepoint, supervise document management, and file project related documents, letters, fan files, important emails and so on regularly
